Right Management helped to define specific personal attributes and competencies with key behaviors by integrating China market specific requirements, also work with ABF together to develop knowledge and experience requirement. And discuss with key stakeholders to get confirmation.

To make sure the investment will be spent on participants with high potentials, Right Management leveraged multiple approaches to get comprehensive data as reference for identifying HiPo candidates:

  • Current performance management data, including self assessments, managerial assessments, and assessments by others
  • Assessment center of EMCO simulation
  • Assessment of motivational fit
  • Ravens-general mental ability
  • Hogan- personality and values
