Charu Kunwar is the Executive Director and Global Head of Human Resources at Lighthouse Canton.
With over 20 years of experience, she has led diverse HR functions including talent development, business HR, and consulting. At Lighthouse Canton, she drives the people agenda to build a high-performance, employee-centric culture. Previously, she held senior HR roles at Genpact and Birlasoft, leading global initiatives across marketing, sales ops, and diversity. Charu holds a degree in Economics from LSR, Delhi University, and an MBA from Birla Institute of Management Technology.
