Krish Shankar

Krish Shankar serves as Executive Director of Human Resources of Bharti Airtel Ltd. Shankar joined Bharti Airtel in March 2007. He is a member of the Airtel Management Board. Prior to joining Bharti, he worked with Unilever Asia-Africa as Vice President, Human Resources. He started his career with Eicher Tractors in 1984 as Unit Personnel Officer. He has over 22 years of professional experience in enterprise level roles, including restructuring, change management, performance, and people alignment.
