Mark Cooper is the Chief People and Culture Officer of YNV Group, leading the group's global HR strategy to ensure the engagement of talent to drive the tech support transformation, increase satisfaction for both customers and employees, and support the business growth objectives that the company has – all whilst doing this in a human and engaging manner.
Mark has over 25 years HR experience in multinational technology companies. He holds a master’s degree in Manpower Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from Portsmouth University as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Birmingham. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
Prior to joining YNV Group, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer of AVEVA, responsible for all aspects of the HR and the Corporate Communications Function in AVEVA. He previously worked for Schneider Electric as SVP of HR for the Global Solutions Business. In his early career, he held various HR positions in companies such as IGT, HP, Microsoft and IBM.
