Neelam Gill Malhotra is the VP, Human Resources for MSS Global Applications at CSC. She is responsible for design, development, and deployment of all HR programs and policies for India. She has experience in the areas of HR strategy, HR management and development, personnel management, organizational development, training and related activities. She has over 25 years of experience in HR and has worked in the IT, consulting, manufacturing, services industries, and also in MNC, private and public sectors.
