Parag’s practice includes venture capital, private equity, acquisitions, exits, joint ventures ad general corporate law advisory. He has done his LLB from Rizvi Law College, Mumbai (2013), Master in Business Laws, National Law School of India University, Bangalore (2012), Company secretary, Institute of company secretaries of India, New Delhi (2007).
The absence of a clear definition as to the term causes complications in calculating payments to employees, and what sort of payments would be considered as bonus, and what would be outside its purview.
