Rajeshwari Ramachandran is a Presentations and Talent Management Specialist. After completing her MA in PMIR from TISS, she worked for over 11 years in the HR team of a leading IT organization in different capacities. Through her independent venture, she aims to transform the way people message, design and deliver Presentations. Rajeshwari consults in the areas of talent process design, employee experience, leadership transitions, and HR communications. She is inspired by Design Thinking and uses the approach extensively in her work with clients. She is a canine behaviourist by hobby, and writes for leading newspapers on this subject.
