Sampatkumar B. Aratti is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer CHRO) at Lapp India. In this role, he is responsible for handling the entire HR and administration activities for Lapp India operations. Sampat participated in the “Young Managers Competitions” team (conducted by AIMA) and the team was adjudged the ‘Best’ in South Zone and runners-up in the Nationals. He was awarded the “HR Leadership Award” by the 6th Employer Branding Awards, December 2011 in Hyderabad and is also the recipient of the 50 Most Talented HR Leaders in India awarded by the 21st Edition of the World HRD Congress, February 2013, Mumbai.
