In his current role, he is responsible for globally driving Talent management, succession planning and organization development initiatives. Prior to Encore Capital, Siddharth has worked with premier HR Consulting organizations like Aon Hewitt and Ernst & Young. Siddharth is a Certified, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by HR Certification Institute, USA. He is an XLRI alumni and also holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Delhi.
