Are You In The List Awards is a People Matters initiative in association with DDI; which present a platform for HR managers to showcase their potential and get recognized as the Emerging future HR Leaders of India. This award is for Aspiring young HR leader and fall in the age group of 26-35 years. This is the 4th year of India’s first initiative to identify India’s HR leaders which has intense qualifying application process, with a series of assessments and a competitive race to find today’s emerging leaders in HR.

Are You In The List Gala Night is a  truly special evening where we recognise the emerging HR Leaders in our country. This celebration culminates the inspiring effort of over 7 months from all the candidates that took the challenge to participate in this awards. In the last 4 years, over 7,500 aspiring HR leaders have participated in this awards across the country.
