This event is a discussion among a few selected 25 HR and Business Leaders who will aim at defining the right architecture for leaders to efficiently translate vision into execution. Further it will detail the key elements to ensure business leader preparedness as well as possible road blocks that progressive business leaders must be prepared for to ensure they are able to achieve the right results.
The round table discussions will span across transcending the managerial mindset and creating the conditions for successful execution. It will focus on the need to create a systematic approach for organizational effectiveness which will include creation of an inclusive culture. Along with an opportunity to share pathbreaking research and learning from subject matter experts, the discussion will also enable sharing of best practices from across industries.
