The event is a discussion among 25 HR and Business Leaders who will aim at defining the right architecture for leaders to efficiently translate vision into execution. Further it will detail the key elements to ensure business leader preparedness as well as possible road blocks in getting the right result.
The discussions will span across transcending the managerial mindset and creating the conditions for successful execution. Creating a systematic approach for organizational effectiveness will include creation of an inclusive culture. The discussion will enable sharing of best practices on how to make managers more effective and ultimately how that translates into organizational effectiveness. In addition, the session will focus on how an organization can set itself up for successful execution by putting together steps and processes to build the conditions for successful execution.
