In early 2016, Pluralsight formed E-LEARN (E-learning Advisory Research Network) an advisory council of business, HR and Learning & Development leaders across the Indian IT industry. The goal was to define the state of the union when it comes to technology learning and defining a way forward.
With the help of IMRB, Pluralsight recruited a pan-India research panel of practitioners from Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Pune, Gurgaon and Mumbai, among others, covering Indian-owned and MNC IT companies, as well as large, mid-sized and small companies to give us a variety of perspectives.
In this webinar session of Learning & Development, an Indian IT Perspective, we answer the following questions:
1.What is the #1 skills challenge being faced by the Indian IT industry?
2.How critical Learning & Development is for the Indian IT industry?
3.How does the industry apportion spending on a basket of technical skills, balancing old and new technologies?
4.How does the industry view online learning vs. instructor-led training?
