In this year’s TA League Annual Conference, experts from around the world will share how they have crafted their approaches, organized their teams and designed practices to compress the hiring cycle, improve outcomes and ultimately, deliver high performing employees. The Conference will address themes ranging from transforming the talent acquisition function, ways to create candidate-centric strategies, and transforming interviewing, selecting and onboarding process to maximize effectiviness.

 Now in its fourth year, the TA League Annual Conference brings a unique proposition for the recruitment leaders which provides a platform that is designed and driven by the community and comprises innovative session formats expert speakers and rich content that will enhance learning and sharing for all participants.

Perspectives and insights from conversations centered around emerging market trends, new challenges and sector opportunities will be of great value to all participants, as will be networking opportunities with several leaders from Recruitment, HR, Talent, and Operations.

This year, the structure of the Conference has been designed to include a separate track for tech talent hiring for organizations that require an in-depth exploration on unique sourcing, assessing and onboarding of this talent segment; two other tracks (on the most recent industry initiatives, most relevant topics, as well as new and developing products), four master class sessions (bite sized, training content to implement within the recruitment business) and the opportunity to meet and network over 40 suppliers.
