Food, pet, and animal nutrition company ADM has named Saurabh Katyal as the new HR head of the company.

With more than 16 years of experience, Katyal joins ADM from Bata India, where he headed corporate human resources.

Announcing his new job role on social media, Katyal said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head HR India at ADM!”

In his career span of more than a decade, he worked in various roles in HR such as HRBP, talent management, L&OD, HR analytics, manpower budgeting, and compensation and benefits across three industries - FMCG, manufacturing and retail.

Katyal holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development. He started his career as a summer intern at Café Coffee Day.

Previously, he worked with Mahindra and Mahindra, Bharti Airtel, and GSK Consumer Healthcare India.
