Aliaxis, a leading firm in fluid management solutions, has announced the appointment of Arvind Chandra as the new Divisional CEO of India and a Member of the Executive Committee, effective from November 2023.

In this role, Arvind will oversee the group’s operations in India under the direction of Eric Olsen, Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 30 years of expertise encompassing strategy, marketing, sales, R&D, manufacturing, quality, and P&L functions.

Before this appointment, Arvind worked at Minda Corporation as the Chief Executive Officer for the last four years. Previously, he held leadership roles in top tech companies, including Toyota, ZF-Wabco, Borg Warner-Phinia, Forvia, and others, leading various transformation projects across eight countries and four continents.

On the academic front, Arvind holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering from Oklahoma State University. He also possesses an MBA degree from the University of Michigan, USA.
