AI-powered tech creator, Animeta, has appointed Devdatta Potnis as the Chief Executive Officer.

Dev will be responsible for growth, scalability & building a robust team for Animeta.

He comes with 15 years of experience across different areas within the media content business. His experience lies in producing and financing original content for all leading OTT & Pay TV platforms to market of films & branded entertainment. He also has experience in celebrity management across organisations like Star, Viacom18, Balaji, Reliance among others. Most recently, Dev was the chief growth officer at Cosmos-Maya.

Dev also brings along a strong international network across the digital monetisation value chain and has sold content in 120+ countries. He was also responsible for launching a YouTube network with 35 channels and 90 Million+ cumulative subscribers & 50 Billion+ views.

“We intend to bring the studio model into the creator economy space where we will be investing in the right creators and creating brands out of them. We will bring about multi-platform monetization, increase their community in regional & international markets, maximize their brand campaigns & empower them for social commerce;  all through our AI-powered creator tech platform”, said Dev.
