Particle physics and accelerator laboratory Fermilab has appointed Anju Jain as Chief Human Resources Officer. Jain has a reputation for driving business transformation, change management and organisational effectiveness across enterprises. She also has a breadth of global HR leadership with expertise in Organizational & Cultural Change, Leadership Development, Integrated Talent Management, DE&I, Women Leadership, among others.

Before joining Fermilab, Jain was a commissioned book author at Penguin Random House for three years.

She was also associated with Caterpillar for 17 years working in several roles. She was Head of Human Resources - India/ASEAN (SE Asia) at Caterpillar Inc for 7 years. She led the HR leadership supporting more than 20 business units and over 6,000 employees.

Jain completed her PhD in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and Master of Science from Delhi University.
