Anmol Industries, an FMCG brand has recently onboarded Abhijit Chakraborty as their new chief human resources officer (CHRO).

Kolkata-based Abhijit has joined Anmol Industries from Bajaj Allianz where he worked as HR head for the east zone for four years.

In his new role, Abhijit is responsible for leading a team of more than 30 HR professionals, spanning more than 5000 employees (including FTE & contractual) across business functions.

An HR specialist with more than 18 years of diverse experience in HR, spanning across Banking, Insurance & Telecom sectors, Abhijit comes with strong expertise in various aspects of talent acquisition, talent management, strategic HR Business Partnering (HRBP).
