Anu Zachariah has joined Korn Ferry as a senior client partner in the firm’s consulting business. 

She will be based in their Bangalore office. 

With over 25 years of experience in human resources and consulting services, Zachariah is an advocate of connecting business priorities with human capital strategy. 

As an expert on a broad range of leadership practices, she has provided counsel and advisory support to a diverse range of multinational and Indian organisations and has led engagements in the areas of assessment and succession, organisation design, culture transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion and leadership development.  

Prior to Korn Ferry, Zachariah held the position of chief people officer at Sasken Technologies where she was a member of the executive leadership team wherein, she shaped the people and culture transformation agenda at the firm.

In her previous stints, she has worked as a senior expert with McKinsey & Company and has held various leadership positions at Development Dimensions International (DDI) India, with her last role at DDI being managing director & head consulting – DDI India.
