Anupam has tremendous experience in Executive Coaching, and has spoken at various forums in India and globally on effective leadership and coaching. He was the Country Manager for CCL India prior to joining Bajaj FinServ.

Anupam Sirbhaiya has been appointed as the Head – Group Learning Academy for Bajaj Finserv Group in June 2016. Prior to Bajaj Finserv, Anupam was the Country Manager for Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) India for more than 8 years. 

“I will be heading the Group Learning Academy at Bajaj Finserv Group where the focus is to drive the learning agenda of all the business functions across leadership and functions. The Academy is in the setting-up phase,” said Anupam. 

In his LinkedIn post, he has updated his profile where he describes his new responsibility “to create a synergized learning approach, well anchored in the business, to support the diversified financial services portfolio of the Group.”

At CCL India, he was responsible for leading CCL’s efforts in India to grow the business from ground up, building a strong team of professionals in the organization and creating a high calibre extended community of associates. Prior to becoming the country manager, he was the regional director, and managed operations of various South East Asian locations. Anupam has done his PGDBM in marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur, and completed his Bachelor in Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka.

Prior to CCL India, Anupam was also part of the Tata Management Training Center (TMTC), Tata Group's corporate learning center, leading key learning interventions at the Group level as also customized learning interventions for some of the Group's businesses.
