Apollo Tyres appoints Mayank Jauhari as Group Head HR

Jauhari will lead the company's global rewards architecture, mobility programmes, performance processes and HR technology.
Apollo Tyres has appointed Mayank Jauhari as Group Head HR, with responsibility for rewards, performance and HR transformation.
Jauhari announced the move on LinkedIn after spending around a decade with A.P. Moller-Maersk. He said he will focus on strengthening Apollo Tyres' global people and HR agenda.
Focus on rewards and HR transformation
In his new role, Jauhari will lead the company's global rewards architecture, mobility programmes, performance processes and HR technology.
He will also oversee the HR operating model and transformation agenda.
Jauhari said the role will involve working across business functions, including commercial operations and the global supply chain, to build capabilities linked to business growth.
From Maersk to Apollo Tyres
Jauhari joins Apollo Tyres after nearly 10 years at A.P. Moller-Maersk, where he held senior HR and rewards responsibilities.
His move comes as organisations increasingly rethink rewards, performance management and HR technology as part of broader workforce transformation.
At Apollo Tyres, his mandate will bring these areas together under a wider people strategy, with a focus on global consistency and business alignment.
The appointment adds to Apollo Tyres' focus on building an integrated HR model across rewards, performance, technology and organisational transformation.
