Apratim Mitra appointed CBRE India Digital & Technology head

Real estate consulting firm CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd has appointed Apratim Mitra as head of Digital & Technology (D&T), India. 

In his new role, Apratim will oversee CBRE’s technology enablement teams in India.

 He will also be responsible for prioritising, defining, and delivering technology solutions; fostering a culture of innovation. 

Besides these, ensuring agility, empowerment and driving product development as part of CBRE’s global D&T team will be his other responsibilities. 

Mitra joins CBRE from Bank of America, where he served as senior vice-president of tech division. He has more than two decades of experience in digital and technology in the financial services and consulting sectors.

Apratim holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecom Engineering from Jadavpur University in Kolkata, and a degree in Management Information Systems from Stevens Tech in New Jersey, US.
