Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational industrial company has appointed Preeti Ahuja as the human resource leader.  In her new role, Preeti will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

She will be playing a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent, promoting positive company culture, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. She will also help uphold the diversity and inclusion goals, assisting the brand in evolving as a preferred global employer.

In her last stint at Peak AI, Preeti led the HR function for various lines of businesses, executing people strategy, and supporting rapid business growth. She has also worked at Alfa Laval, Lear Corporation, Emerson, VMware and Larsen & Toubro.

Preeti comes with more than 17 years of work experience in diverse industries and across different facets of Human Resources, which includes Organisational Design & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Merger & Acquisitions and HR transformation.

“I am looking forward to bringing in a data-driven approach towards building leadership and organisational culture. The biggest asset of any organisation is its people, and I look forward to building a culture that encourages continuous learning and astute leadership,” said Preeti.

Preeti has done MBA in Human Resources and Masters in Labour Laws from Pune University.
