The Best Group of Companies has announced the appointment of Anand Amrit Raj as their Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective June 2023.

Anand, formerly a vice president at Okaya Electric Vehicles, brings 22 years of HR expertise to his new role. He has held key positions in esteemed engineering, manufacturing, and automation companies such as Okaya Power Group, WIPRO Consulting Services, SAR Group (Livpure & Livguard), and HCL Technologies throughout his career.

"I am very excited for the new transformational journey as Group CHRO of The Best Group. I'll help the Best Group expand into manufacturing industrial automation, automotive lights, educational materials, and defence equipment. We will try to create an empowered young and dynamic workforce with the help of transparent and participatory work culture", Anand said. 

With an MBA in Human Resource Management from Jamia Millia Islamia, he possesses extensive experience in successfully establishing new ventures in various sectors, including water purifiers, lithium batteries, e-rickshaws, solar power, biofuel, inverter batteries, telecom, and real estate infrastructure.
