BharatPe appoints Harshita Khanna as Chief Human Resources Officer

The fintech firm taps an HR leader with 18 years of experience to drive transformation as it scales its workforce and culture.

Fintech player BharatPe has appointed Harshita Khanna as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the company said on Thursday. In her new role, Khanna will lead the people strategy for BharatPe, focusing on building a performance-driven culture, enhancing leadership capabilities and scaling the organisation to match the company’s growth ambitions.

Khanna brings more than 18 years of HR leadership across global organisations. Before moving to BharatPe, Khanna served as Chief People Officer at Home Credit India. During her tenure, she worked on strengthening the organisation’s culture, led key transformation initiatives and introduced digital-first HR practices to improve employee experience and engagement. Her earlier roles include stints at Aon Hewitt, CSC and Alcatel Lucent.

Commenting on the development, CEO Nalin Negi said: “People are central to BharatPe’s growth story.
