Birla White has announced the promotion of Pankaj Poddar to the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Before his elevation, Poddar served as Vice President of HR (FH HR) within the company.

In his new capacity, Pankaj will be responsible for overseeing strategy and planning. He has been with the Aditya Birla Group for seven years, initially joining as AVP-HR for the Ultratech Cement Plant in Dalla, Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh, in February 2021.

With over 24 years of experience in HR, Pankaj previously held leadership roles at Reliance Energy and AVI-OIL India. 

Pankaj holds a Physics degree from the Oriental College of Commerce and a postgraduate degree in PMIR, IR, and HR from LNMI, Patna.
