Kalyan Sagar Nippani, a 1993 batch civil servant, has been appointed as the Director (HR) of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) following his selection by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel. Before joining the BSNL Board, Nippani served as Director (HR) of BSNL.

Besides BSNL, he served as circle head of Finance and chief general manager, vertical head of accounts & ERP, HoD & chief general manager National Academy of Telecom Finance & Management (NATFM).

Nippani’s areas of expertise and experience are organisational & administrative leadership, finance & accounts, planning, marketing, project management, corporate strategy, budgeting, internal audit, and HR.

He holds a PG Diploma in Personnel Management, an MBA in Finance, an MBA in Marketing Management, and a PG Diploma in Business Management.
