Bengaluru and Singapore-based Capillary Technologies has named Sameer Garde as the CEO. Garde has succeeded Capillary’s cofounder Aneesh Reddy who will serve the company as vice chairman and managing director. Garde’s appointment to the post will be effective from January 1, 2023.

Garde an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta, has previously served Nestle, Pepsi, Whirlpool, Dell India, Samsung, and Phillips.  In his most recent role, he served networking technology company CISCO as president of the India and SAARC regions. With a career span of more than 30 years, he also worked in the social sector. 

Founded in 2012, Capillary Technologies offers end-to-end loyalty programs, a comprehensive view of consumers and unified, cross-channel strategies that deliver a real-time omnichannel, personalized, and consistent experience for customers. The company has a presence in the United States, India, Middle East, and South East Asia.
