Capri Global has appointed Vivek Jain as chief human resource officer, effective February. Jain has joined Capri after serving Kotak Mahindra Ban for 15 years, where he served as senior EVP and head of HR for various business verticals. Genpact and Lupin Pharmaceutical are other organisations where he served previously.

Jain has over 25 years of experience in global strategic HR leadership experience, extensively across start-up and established sectors and geographies, including banks, fintech, pharma, IT, ITES, and consulting, and specializes in driving organizational transformation and change management.

During his tenure at Kotak, he built significant synergy between investment bankers, institution research analysts, private equity fund managers, private wealth bankers, corporate bankers, asset reconstruction, and retail assets teams in an entrepreneurial driven, work culture of Kotak Bank.
