Carlsberg India, a global brewer has appointed Vandana Kapur as the Vice President, Human Resources. 

At Carlsberg, she will be responsible for shaping the future of human capital at Carlsberg India. Organisation effectiveness, talent management, and strengthening of DE&I, are amongst another critical focus area for Vandana.

With a career spanning over 22 years, Vandana brings with her a wealth of experience in corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial roles. She has joined Carlsberg India from Agilent Technologies as country HR head. She also worked with Centrient Pharmaceuticals as Global HR Director for Operations. 

Elaborating on the appointment, Nilesh Patel, Managing Director, Carlsberg India, said, “I am confident that the vast experience that Vandana brings with her will contribute significantly to achieve our purpose to ‘Brew for a Better Tomorrow’."
