Casagrand Builder appointed Nageshwar PB as its Group Chief Human Officer (CHRO). 

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Casagrand Builder Private Limited!,” Nageshwar shared the update on Linkedin.

An experienced HR professional, Nageshwar has joined Casagrand Builder from Runwal where he worked as Group CHRO for close to two years.

He comes with experience in major facets of Human Resource function, including setting up HR to changing the face of the HR function.  His experience lies in implementing innovative staffing strategies, compensation practices, performance management/ employee engagement programs, HR due diligence and integration during merger & acquisition, supporting high growth environment, and managing downturns. 

Puravankara, Deloitte, Oberoi Realty, Jones Lang LaSalle and Dr Reddy's Laboratories are other prominent organisations where he worked previously.

Nageshwar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
