With a career spanning over 16 years in the field of Human Resources, Hemant has a proven track record of driving excellence in talent acquisition, performance management, and shaping organisational culture.
In his role, Hemant will be responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, and cultural transformation. He will work on identifying and attracting top talent in the industry.
Hemant has joined Casagrand Premier Builder from Kantar where he worked as director and head of human resources.
