Coca-Cola appoints Charlotte Wolf Tarfa as VP of People & Culture for India & Southwest Asia

Tarfa brings deep expertise in building high-performance teams and future-ready leadership frameworks, and previously served as Vice President – Global Talent Strategy & Succession within the company.
The Coca-Cola Company has elevated Charlotte Wolf Tarfa to Vice President, People & Culture – India & Southwest Asia, tasking her with steering the people strategy across one of the company’s most dynamic growth regions.
In her new role, Tarfa will align talent, culture, and leadership development priorities with the company’s long-term growth ambitions while strengthening diverse, skills-based leadership pipelines across the India and Southwest Asia markets.
Prior to this appointment, Tarfa served as Vice President – Global Talent Strategy & Succession and Global Senior Director – Talent & Development at Coca-Cola.
In these roles, she worked closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on global talent and succession initiatives spanning more than 200 markets.
Earlier in her career, she held several HR and leadership development roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she led corporate learning, HR business partnering, and organisational transformation initiatives across global functions.
With extensive experience in global talent strategy, succession planning, and organisational development, Tarfa brings deep expertise in building high-performance teams and future-ready leadership frameworks.
Sharing her early reflections on LinkedIn, Tarfa noted, “Last week was my first week on the job, in India, leading People & Culture for India & Southwest Asia for Coca-Cola, and there was no better way to start than being in the market.”
“I spent time on the ground with our associates and bottling partners during MARK, our global Market Activation Recruitment Week, where the Coca-Cola system comes together around growth and execution.”
