Deloitte appointed Manoj Kohli as their senior advisor in South Asia, according to an official announcement made on June 29.

In his new role as a senior advisor to Deloitte LLP, Kohli brings extensive business and industry knowledge gained over 44 years across 30 countries, in various leadership positions.

Previously, he was associated with Softbank India as the Country Head, significantly expanding the firm's reach within the Indian digital start-up market. He also served as the chief executive officer (CEO) and managing director (MD) of Bharati Airtel, establishing its dominance in the telecommunications industry.

Deloitte also highlighted Kohli's role in coaching young entrepreneurs from Asia Pacific, the US, and Europe, in addition to supporting multinational corporations from the US, Japan, Korea, and Europe in their entry into Indian and other global markets.

Regarding Kohli's appointment as senior advisor to Deloitte, Romal Shetty, CEO of Deloitte South Asia, stated, "His exceptional leadership skills, extensive experience, and impressive track record make him a valuable advisor to our leadership team.
