Sarkar joins Devyani International from Jubilant FoodWorks, where he last served as VP and Head of HR Training and Performance Management for Domino’s India. With over 16 years of diverse HR experience across food & beverages, banking, and telecommunications, he has built expertise in HR business partnering, shared services, process transformation, talent acquisition, HR technology, and people analytics.
