DishTV appoints Pushkar Singh Kataria as Chief Human Resources Officer

He will head the HR operations of the merged entity Dish TV Videocon Limited. Prior to this, he was working with Reliance Capital as President and Chief People Officer.
DishTV appoints Pushkar Singh Kataria as Chief Human Resources Officer

DishTV has appointed Pushkar Singh Kataria, as Chief Human Resources Officer with immediate effect. The announcement comes ahead of DishTV and Videocon’s merger post which Kataria will be leading the HR operations of the merged entity Dish TV Videocon Limited.

Prior to DishTV, he was the President and Chief People Officer at Reliance Capital. In his 20 years of experience, he has also worked with Vedanta Resources and Praxair. 

In his new role, he will be responsible for reshaping the organizational design and rewards structure to reflect the dynamics of the business environment. He will also provide strategic leadership, oversee talent management and drive HR excellence. 

An engineer by profession armed with Post Graduation in HR, Kataria brings in profound understanding and knowledge about the industry, and showcases expertise in many aspects of human resources management including organizational development, talent management and performance management. He has also introduced several change management initiatives.
