Electronic manufacturing company Dixon Technologies has appointed Arjun Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Singh, a former CEAT Tyres executive, comes with extensive global experience working in various roles including head of the HR function for sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D organisations.

He also led Global COEs of talent management, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, communication, and talent acquisition across telecom, pharmaceuticals & healthcare, automobile, and consulting industries.

Before joining Dixon Technologies, Singh worked with CEAT Tyres Limited as Vice President – Corporate Human Resources, for more than four years. In this role, he was responsible for leading the business partnering for corporate teams of CEAT and Head HR for CEAT Specialty, CEAT Srilanka, and CEAT Bangladesh.

He also worked with organisations such as Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Tata Group, and Tata Communications among others.

Singh, who holds a Master’s in business administration from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, started his career working with Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd as Assistant Manager-HR.
