DMart hires Cipla’s Pallavi Bakshi as Group CHRO
Before joining DMart, Pallavi Bakshi worked with Cipla as chief talent officer.
DMart, a one-stop supermarket chain, hired Pallavi Bakshi as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer effective November.
Pallavi has joined DMart from Cipla where she worked for three years since November 2020 as chief talent officer.
Jubilant Food Works, Tata Communications, Hindustan Unilever, and Hyatt Hotels Corporations are other organisations where she worked previously in various capacities.
With more than two decades of experience, Pallavi is skilled in management development, HR strategy, global human resources management, strategic human resources leadership, training &and development.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Mangalore University.
