Dr. Reddy's Laboratories elevated Neha Jain as Group HR Director

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories has appointed Neha Jain as the Group Human Resources Director -Asia, Middle East, Africa, ANZ + Innovation Emerging Markets COE.

In this role, she is responsible for the design and execution of a people strategy that is closely aligned with business strategy. 

She also spearheads HR integration, technology strategy and transformation in various geographies and countries, including any M&A due diligence, in-licensing, and out-licensing opportunities.

“It’s been a while since I started my role at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Group Human Resources Director -Asia, Middle East, Africa, ANZ + Innovation +Emerging Markets COE, but I wanted to share this update with everyone,” Neha posted on Linkedin.

GSK, Barclays Investment Bank, Novartis, and Johnson and Johnson are other organisations where she worked previously.
