Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has elevated Pankaj Phatak as Director & Group HR Head Central Functions – Global Manufacturing Operations.

Before being elevated to the new role, Pankaj worked with the company as head -talent acquisition, talent management and performance enablement global manufacturing operations for 1 year and six months. Pankaj started his career with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as a regional business manager-Oncology India in 2003. He joined Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories from Cipla.
