Eastman Auto & Power appoints Tilak Kapoor as President – HR

Kapoor took to LinkedIn to confirm his new role: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as President – Human Resources at Eastman Auto & Power Limited!” With over two decades of rich experience spanning FMCG, home electricals, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, Kapoor brings deep expertise across diverse HR functions—ranging from plant HR and R&D HR to HR business partnering, sales HR, and corporate leadership roles. 

Before joining Eastman, he led the HR function for the FMCG vertical at DS Group, where he drove strategic people initiatives across the business. His extensive track record also includes significant leadership positions at Moser Baer, Nicholas Piramal/Rose & DCM Chemical, and Luminous Power, where he contributed to organisational transformation and talent development.

Kapoor is academically equipped with an Executive Program in Organisational Development & Change Management (EPGODC) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences—affirming his commitment to continuous learning and change leadership. 

His appointment aligns with the company’s goal to build robust human capital strategies and foster a high-performance culture optimized for innovation and sustainable growth.
