Pune-based electronic component manufacturer Flash Electronics has appointed Rajnish Diwan as its Chief Executive Officer. 

In his new role as CEO, Diwan will be responsible for the strategic direction of Flash operations in India in light of the new automotive business trends. He will be developing and nurturing strategic associations to expand into new business sectors.

Diwan has joined Flash Electronics with 38 years of experience. He is proficient in strategy, business restructuring, and performance transformation.

Welcoming Diwan to the team, Sanjeev Vasdev, Managing Director, Flash, said that he will lead the business to greater success given his broad expertise in the sector.
