Fortis Healthcare appoints a new CHRO
Sanjay Sinha has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer of Fortis Healthcare Ltd. Based in Gurgaon, Sinha will be in charge of leading the HR function for the hospitals’ giant at a group level.
With an experience of more than 29 years, Sinha has served in leadership roles in sectors covering Telecom, IT, Services, and infrastructure. Apart from a generalist HR role, he also specializes in Learning & Development, Organizational Development and change management. He has also worked in Mergers & Acquisitions, integration of resources and talent management.
Prior to joining Fortis, Sinha was working with Hinduja group companies, HGS and HTL, Nortel Networks, Polaris Siemens and NTPC. With an expertise in large scale restructuring in a globally spread out environment, he has worked in MNCs across APAC, the Middle East, Europe, and the US as well.
