Future Generali India Insurance has welcomed Rajesh Gupta as vice president- human resources, effective September. It is his second stint with Future Generali, previously he worked with Future Generali India Life Insurance as an associate vice president - human resources from 2010 to 2018.

He confirmed his new job role in a social media post. “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President Human Resources at Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited!,” he posted on Linkedin.

A seasoned professional, Rajesh has joined Future Generali Insurance with over 20 years of experience as an HR Generalist handling end-to-end HR functions across different industries with MNCs / Startups.

Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd, Agrani Satellite Communications Enterprise Limited, and Wockhardt Ltd are other organisation where he worked previously in various capacities.

An alumnus of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Rajesh started his career with Cipla Ltd as a Member of the Personnel Team.
