Genpact appoints Dinesh Jain as Global Capability Center Lead

In his new role, Jain brings over 30 years of experience in technology, GCC delivery, and digital transformation leadership. He has worked extensively with multinational organizations to architect and scale their capability centers. 

Jain most recently worked with Accenture as Managing Director and Global GCC/GIC/Captive Solution Lead, where he was responsible for setting up and overseeing GCCs across India and Australia-New Zealand. He also served as Technology Leader for Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and Latin America. 

Prior to Accenture, he held senior leadership roles at General Mills, Celpro Group, and Birla Technologies, focusing on transformation, technology strategy, architecture, and delivery. 

“Dinesh will spearhead Genpact’s efforts to help clients design, scale, and transform their GCC strategies, driving business impact through agentic operations, advanced technologies, and data-led transformation,” Genpact said in an official statement.

Jain brings a wealth of expertise to shape Genpact’s GCC strategy and playbooks, guiding clients across industries and regions in establishing and evolving their centers into strategic extensions of their global enterprises. 

“His key priorities include helping enterprises establish and scale their GCCs, evolve them into global innovation, engineering, and process hubs, and advising them on scale or carve-out strategies to maximize value creation,” the statement added.
