Gensol Group has announced the appointment of seasoned HR leader Kamaljeet Kaur as the group chief people officer (CPO).

Kamaljeet who comes with over two decades of experience will be responsible for spearheading the human resources function for the entire group, including its entities such as BluSmart, Gensol Engineering Ltd., Param Renewables, Prescinto, Matrix Gas, and others.

Prior to joining Gensol Group, Kamaljeet served as a whole-time director and CHRO at Sterlite Power, where she made significant contributions to the company's growth and success over a period of six years. Additionally, she has held key roles in global multinational companies and large Indian organisations such as Wrigley, Hero Motor Corp, Jubilant FoodWorks, and HDFC Bank.

In her new role at Gensol Group, she will work closely with the founders, Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi, to enhance and strengthen the talent processes and lead strategic HR initiatives across the organization.
