In a leadership movement, Godrej Consumer Products has appointed Saurabh Chaudhuri as head of the Global HR Center of Excellence on Talent, Rewards, and People Processes.

In this role, Chaudhuri will be responsible for leading the HR Center of Excellence on Talent, Rewards, and People Processes, across all geographies of Godrej Consumer Products - India & SAARC, Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East, United States and LATAM.

Before joining Godrej Consumer Products, Chaudhuri worked with Udaan where he led HR for all categories of B2B e-Commerce startup Udaan.
