Hamilton Housewares (Milton) appoints Rohit Jindal as CHRO

He joins Hamilton Housewares after an eight-year stint at Hygienic Research Institute.
Hamilton Housewares, the company behind brands such as Milton, Milton ProCook, Treo, SpotZero, and Claro, has appointed Rohit Jindal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective August.
Jindal brings over 17 years of experience across retail, manufacturing, and FMCG sectors, with a strong focus on HR strategy, systems design, and operations. He joins the kitchenware, houseware, and cookware brand after an eight-year stint at Hygienic Research Institute, and has previously held roles at Raymond, Lafarge, and Reliance.
A graduate of Savitribai Phule Pune University and Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Jindal began his career in 2006 as Deputy Manager – Human Resources at Reliance Retail.
Confirming the move, Jindal shared on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hamilton Housewares (Milton)!”
In another post, he described his previous job more like a journey filled with people, memories, and learnings I will cherish forever.
“What made this journey special were not just the milestones—the HRMS launch, new policies, recognitions like GPTW and TISS-CLO awards, workforce design & planning, leadership development cultural development or capability building across functions—but the people I got to share them with. The countless conversations, brainstorms, challenges, and celebrations along the way have shaped me both professionally and personally,” he shared.
