Havells India, an electrical equipment company, has announced the appointment of Indraneel Kumar Das as Joint Vice President - Human Resources. 

Das has joined Havells India from BYJU'S where he worked as AVP & Head- L&OD- Byjus Tuition Center for close to two years.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Jt. Vice President - HR at Havells India Ltd!” wrote Das in a LinkedIn post.

Other than BYJU’s, he also worked with Kohler, PepsiCo, and Raymond in various roles including global head-talent development, senior manager sales capability, and national training manager.

Das, equipped with 20 years of experience, is skilled in leadership development, organisational development, learning management, talent management, and talent development.
